about us
Saludos {pron. Sah-lou-doss} is a Spanish restaurant in Albury by mother / daughter duo Jan and Loni.
All our food is made from fresh ingredients and prepared in-house. We have just released our cookbook! It is currently being printed and is available for pre-order.
We opened in 2016 and as of June 8 2025 we will be closing permanently. The building we are in is being demolished and we are going to take some time away.
Thank you for dining, lunching, cooking in our workshops and attending our flamenco nights over the last 9 years! It's been such a dream, every aspect of this restaurant has meant the world to us.

Starting in October 2025 you can book to have Saludos come to you!
We will cook a paella of your choosing at your house as a catering option OR as a cooking class - classes are for a minimum
of 8 people.
